Winter Time Demands Extra Time & Effort

This time of year can be really hard on skin, hair and body – the rotten damp weaher makes hair look grim and the really cold snap has a devastating effect on skin and bones!  We all need to really take more care of everything in winter time.  This can include taking on plenty of water to keep the skin hydrated and fresh.  Not going out in really freezing weather without plenty of moisturiser – changing up to one for more dry skin can have a beneficial effect.    Also, we could choose hair products specifically designed for adverse weather conditions – these helpt to rehydrate hair and control frizz.  Eating a balanced diet is also critical – in the winter we need green veg and fruit just as much as in summer – and plenty of protein and calcium for the body and bones.  Plenty to be getting on with there then!
